Terraza del restaurante zum Schusterjungen, Berlín

Zum Schusterjungen is a typical German restaurant that is almost 100 years old and it’s located in Prenzlauer Berg district, very close to Mauerpark. They offer traditional dishes such as eisbein (German knuckle), boulette (a Berlin classic), potato salad, goulash, soups… do not forget to accompany the meal with a huge glass of german beer!

The inside is sober and cozy, with wooden tables and colored glass in a true German style. During the summer they set up an outdoor terrace to eat or simply have a drink, I warn you that germans have no qualms when sharing a table and it can happen that you suddenly notice someone sitting next to you using your own table happily, but they usually don’t try to start a conversation and keep drinking their beer quietly.
